A fully reimagined show has just made its long-anticipated debut at Walt Disney World: “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure!”
Following the March 2020 closure of Walt Disney World, the “Voyage of the Little Mermaid” inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios remained closed for many years. Turns out, Disney had a full rework and technical overhaul of the musical in mind, which is now complete! Today, the Little Mermaid theater officially welcomed guests back with all-new magic.

Featuring live stage performers, puppets, and new digital imagery, guest feedback so far on the new musical has been quite positive!

The Little Mermaid’s vocal lead from the 1989 film, Jodi Benson, visited the cast shortly before the attraction’s premiere.
